This is a project I did mainly to pick up interest in a deprecated, underused 3D engine, and to see just how far I could optimize code to run on an embedded Linux/ARM environment. The results were beyond what I could have imagined.

The GP2X's standard clock speed of 200mHz was too fast for this beast, in fact my test rig had to be underclocked&= to 100mHz to even make this playable, and even then it was pushing way more than 60 frames per second on to the GP2X's screenbuffer--all on a device with zero 3D hardware.

Below is the last source release from me, with test binaries, and some screenshots from my version (some of the very few Yeti3D shots on the net).
